Momentum

Perspective and focus to help you move forward with confidence and purpose
Our Momentum services are designed to support you as you lead and care for the life of your church. They create space for clear thinking, open communication, and steady guidance, helping you stay aligned and focused as things develop.
From simple check-ins, to structured conversations, to clear written insight, these services can be used individually or together. The aim is to provide the right level of support at the right time — helping you respond to what’s emerging, maintain clarity, and move forward in a considered and intentional way.

Service and Support Check-In
Alongside your regular services, we’ll stay in touch with a simple, proactive check-in to see how things are going.
This is a light touchpoint designed to keep communication open — giving you the opportunity to raise any questions, flag anything that may need attention, or let us know if something isn’t quite working as expected.
It’s not a formal review or a structured session, but a simple way to stay connected and support you as things unfold.
These check-ins help ensure that smaller issues don’t go unnoticed, and that you always have a clear opportunity to raise anything where you may benefit from support.

Growth Elevation ®
In a growing church, it’s easy for the day-to-day to take over while important areas sit in the background. Growth Elevation is a live, regular session designed to create space to step back, reflect, and focus on what matters most across the life of the church.
Growth Elevation brings together your financial position, operations, and overall direction into one clear conversation, supported by an experienced outside perspective. The aim is to support leadership with clarity — understanding how things are tracking, identifying what may need attention, and making thoughtful decisions about what to do next.
Before each session, we prepare using your financial data and recent context, so the conversation begins with a clear understanding of your current position. The key signals are already surfaced and organised, allowing the session to focus on what matters, rather than revisiting what’s already known.
During the session, we work through key areas such as financial sustainability, resourcing, operational pressures, and direction. The focus is not on analysing everything in detail, but on identifying what is most important right now and working through that together. We also look for patterns and early signals that may not be obvious in day-to-day activity.
Each session is practical and thoughtful. You leave with a clearer sense of what’s happening, what may need attention, and how to move forward in a steady and intentional way. Over time, this provides a consistent layer of structured thinking and support for leadership.
Growth Elevation supports you to stay aligned, lead with clarity, and make decisions with confidence.

Financial Alignment Leadership Brief ™
Many churches receive accurate financial reports each period but are left to work out what those results mean in context and what may need attention. The Financial Alignment Leadership Brief is designed to provide that added layer of clarity.
The Financial Alignment Leadership Brief is a structured written document that helps you understand your financial position in a clear, practical way. It focuses on sustainability, financial health, and what the numbers are indicating — without moving into formal advisory or strategy design.
Rather than simply repeating the reports, the brief explains what is happening in plain language, highlights any meaningful movements in income and expenses, and provides a clear view of financial position, including cash and overall capacity to support ongoing ministry.
Where relevant, it also draws attention to patterns forming over time and incorporates known context that may affect how the numbers are understood. The aim is to connect the financial results with the day-to-day reality of how the church is operating.
Each brief concludes with a small number of focused points for consideration. These are not instructions, but prompts to support clear thinking and thoughtful decision-making.
The result is a concise, leadership-ready document that helps align financial information with practical understanding, making it easier to see what matters and where attention may be needed.
