Ed Johnson, Director at EXDIA, brings over two decades of experience in a wide range of areas including business administration, human resources, financial management and logistics. With a focus on outcomes, Ed supports a diverse range of clients, from sole traders to established enterprises. His approach is straightforward - helping businesses and organisations navigate challenges with confidence.

Regina
Regina enjoys a variety of different tasks, and really loves getting to know our clients and learning about them. She finds the flexibility of our work environment very helpful in maintaining a healthy life-work balance. Regina treats the team like a second family. What she likes the most at Exdia is the healthy environment and the opportunity to grow as an individual. Regina particularly enjoys the general bookkeeping and account reconciliation aspects of her role. After work, you can find her taking care of and playing with her kids. She also enjoys watching videos about financial literacy, good housekeeping, and health tips.

Maritsa
Maritsa enjoys the variety, teamwork and supportive, encouraging culture of Exdia, and takes pride in working to assist and guide our valued clients in many different ways. Maritsa enjoys working on BAS and payroll. She spends a lot of time in reviews, meetings, and some of the more complex enquiries that arise in our clients’ accounts. After work, she spends quality time with her family. She loves going to the beach, mountains or anywhere her family can explore. She enjoys going to church and participating in missions whenever she can.

Fawad
Fawad loves a good challenge, and works across a number of areas including payroll, reconciliations and BAS. He loves analysing numbers, using financial formulas and calculating metrics, and is happy be a part of a team of likeminded professionals. Fawad enjoys brainstorming and working with others to achieve the desired result. He believes that when teams work together, not only will the data be more accurate, but it will also be produced faster, which will allow for more timely decision making. Outside of work, Fawad enjoys a good CrossFit boot camp session, road biking, mountain biking and hiking. He also loves reading Manga books, playing retro video games, and spending time with his family and friends. Fawad is also a member of the Australian deaf community and fluent in Auslan.

Lovely
Lovely really enjoys ongoing learning, getting to try new tasks, and establishing warm relationships with clients. Lovely likes the great culture of support and the opportunities at Exdia, and that everyone is treated as part of the team rather than just an employee. She particularly specialises in the areas of bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Lovely likes traveling, walking, and mountain climbing. But recent restrictions mean that now after work you can find doing arts or playing an online game.

Edmon
Edmon loves both working with numbers as well as engaging in conversation with our amazing clients. His favorite part of being in the Exdia team is the culture, where everyone cares about each other and no one feels left out. He has developed a particular specialty for payroll and bookkeeping in the not-for-profit space, and really likes supporting clients through challenging or complex situations. Edmon values a healthy lifestyle and spends most of his free time working out either at home or hitting the gym. He also has an adventurous streak and loves to travel to new places.

Kaye
Kaye is a self-driven, highly organised, and efficient project manager. She easily adapts to challenging projects and deadlines because that’s what makes her feel alive. In her work, Kaye really appreciates good leadership, and loves how Exdia values people. Kaye handles a huge variety of work and particularly enjoys helping others with her expertise in maintaining good financial records, preparation of financial reports and budgets, and working on special and complicated backlog projects. Kaye loves traveling, and after work you can find her spending quality time with her two kids.

Rosalie
Rosalie loves working and overcoming challenges, but what she likes the most about her role at Exdia is that she gets to meet new people from different cultures. Rosalie appreciates Exdia’s culture of dealing with things pleasantly and professionally, and integrates this into the full range of her work, from processing right through to report finalisation. After work, she’s probably trying to cook a new recipe she found on YouTube!

Krutika
Krutika’s enjoyment comes from experiencing new challenges every day. At Exdia, she loves working with the positive, encouraging, and supportive team, and also the flexible work environment which allows her to achieve a good balance between her personal and professional life. Krutika has experience in all areas of bookkeeping with particular expertise in Accounts Payable. Listening to music and spending quality time with her little daughter is her kind of therapy.

Enj brings a range of experience in both bookkeeping and social media management and is happy to be working where she can pursue both! Enj really enjoys the professional, approachable, and supportive nature of the Exdia team, and helping our wonderful clients establish streamlined bookkeeping. After work, you can find Enj playing with her two lovely dogs or just watching a K-drama. She loves reading books, and skincare. Do her a favor and wear your sunscreen!

Melissa really enjoys the knowledge and expertise that she gains from a variety of work experiences, and in particular specialising in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and data analysis. What Melissa especially likes about being part of the Exdia team is dedication and passion for exceptional customer service. In her spare time Melissa has recently embarked on learning a new language!

Rocklyn loves working from home as she can balance her work and personal life. She admires the work culture at Exdia because each team member helps each other all the time, making sure that no one is behind. She specialises in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management and Account Reconciliations. On the weekend, she makes sure to spend time with her family, so they often go to parks, malls, and places that her son would love.

Zanita loves a good work-life balance because in that way she retains the energy and passion she needs to perform to a high standard at work. She admires the level of collaboration with the team at Exdia because everyone works harmoniously towards the same goal, supportive and helpful. Zanita is experienced in general accounting and has developed a particular specialty in reconciliations and preparation of financial statements. Zanita loves to spend time with her family. After work, you can find her playing with her kids or watching a movie with her husband.

Jemel loves working with Exdia as it gives him additional fulfillment both in his personal and professional development. He really admires the people who help each other and the company culture that promotes the best practices. He appreciates the work flexibility at Exdia because it allows him to have a work and life balance. His specialisation is accounts receivable as most of his work experiences are related to end-to-end task of accounts receivable processes such as billing, cash applications, and even collections. Jemel enjoys dining out, playing mobile games, and having coffee with his friends to catch-up and have good conversations. He also loves travelling to new places and experiencing the food and culture. He likes taking good pictures of the scenery and selfies to savor the moment and preserve good memories with his friends and loved ones.

Tet specialises in Account Reconciliation as she loves being organised and meticulous. After work you can find Tet enjoying her travels and eating good food.

She’s so thankful to be part of Exdia because of the supportive and caring team culture. She loves working from home because of its great flexibility, as this will result in more productivity and help her achieve tasks on daily basis. Stella loves analysing the numbers on a regular basis, maintaining client relationships, and continuing to learn and achieve goals. Outside of work, she loves going to church and doing some outdoor exercises like walking. Stella is always on the lookout for recipes as she loves trying new foods, and most importantly she loves spending quality time with family and friends.

After coming to Australia, Cerin transitioned from her previous roles in Accounting and Auditing to working in the individual personal support field. But now, she’s excited to be working in accounting again. Cerin is so happy to be a part of Exdia because everyone is ready to help one another. Whenever she has some issues, the team are so quick to respond to help her. After work, you can find her spending some quality time with her family – she just loves serving the people around her. And she loves cooking and gardening too!

Charlean loves working remotely at Exdia since it spares her the hassle of daily travel. She really appreciates the training and access to clients’ business processes because it helps her navigate the systems smoothly. She enjoys connecting with people from various ethnic backgrounds without leaving her cozy space. Charlean finds everyone welcoming especially during team socials and whenever she needs help, everyone seems approachable and ready to assist her. With nine years of bookkeeping experience, her favorite part is diving into reconciliations, loving the analytical aspect. After work, she indulges in her love for Korean culture, diving into KDramas and KPop, especially "Seventeen".
